Our service is designed with Data Minimization as a core principle. We process personal and business information (Names, Addresses, Line items) for the following purpose only:
Invoice Production
Generating compliant PDF and XML (XRechnung/ZUGFeRD) documents via our FastAPI engine.
No Third-Party Sales
Your data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising/profiling.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (Contractual fulfillment).
3. Infrastructure & Hosting
To ensure maximum reliability and legal security, our application and invoice processor are hosted on high-performance infrastructure provided by IONOS SE.
- 🏢 Provider: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur.
- 📍 Location: Data Center in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
- 🛡️ Security: ISO 27001 certified data centers with 100% German jurisdiction.
We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (AVV) with IONOS in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Data Retention & Security
All data transmitted between your browser and our backend is encrypted via TLS 1.3 (SSL).
- Retention: We store invoice data as required by German tax law (GoBD), typically for 10 years.
- Automatic Deletion: Temporary files used during the PDF/XML generation process are purged from the memory immediately after the download stream is closed.
5. Your Rights & Data Portability
You retain full ownership of your data. Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- • Right to Access: Request a copy of all data stored in your account.
- • Right to Erasure: Request the immediate deletion of your account (subject to statutory retention periods).
- • Right to Portability: Export your data in machine-readable formats (JSON/CSV).
- • Supervisory Authority: Right to lodge a complaint with the LfDI Baden-Württemberg.
